As a teacher, you will prepare teaching material (generally a power-point presentation) and will deliver. The material will be delivered online and the session will be recorded. For each course, teacher will get 50% of the revenue of the webinar and 10% lifetime loyalty on the sale of each stand-alone (recorded video, books, derivative works made from the material) item.
